I mentioned earlier I would explain about the 7 M network gatherings. Again a strong component of 7MWIN is networking (building relationships for unity in the Body of Christ). What are these 7M gatherings? They are basically a time for marketplace ministers (women for now) to build relationship, hear marketplace miracle testimonies, encourage and pray for one another.

It was October 2004 while I was at Wagner Leadership Institute the Lord spoke to me about gathering marketplace ministers (like myself). At the time, I was a principal of a school and really had no idea how or when this gathering was going to happen. I was at WLI taking a weeklong series of classes on marketplace ministry. Two years later while at a retreat for marketplace ministers at Int. House of Prayer in Kansas city, I was encouraged again by the Lord about working 'outside the church' walls and encouraging, empowering marketplace ministers. 

(side note: Unfortunately for years, the church has taught 'true' ministry was 'in the church walls', you would hear comments like "I'm in full time ministry' implying if you worked for a church you were in ministry.  I believe whereve we are sent, we are ministers /ambassadors of the Lord.  I knew as a principal I served as a 'pastor', nurturing and caring and having oversight for a group of people'. I also know it was important to have people praying for me just as much as was important to pray for a pastor. I've seen too many marketplace ministers get either 'burnt out' or 'taken out' and it was my desire to see these be covered in prayer and encouraged and validated in their ministry.  I also felt it was important to hear the testimonies of marketpalce miracles like I had at WLI). 

So back to 2004, when I heard this prompt by the Lord I came back to Fresno looking for such a group hoping it already existed.  Although I was told about a few groups, the ones I visited didn't have all the components  I envisioned.  I had hoped to start the network gatherings in 2009,  but it wasn't until this year the Lord said it was time to have them and we were to begin with gathering the ladies first.
