January 2010

Happy New Year! I first want tothank all of you who have partnered with us in this ministry. You are all sucha blessing!

I love readingthe story of Nehemiah rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. He was called, saw thechallenge, prayed about it, was granted resources to build, and then connectedwith those in Jerusalem who would help rebuild the walls and gates. That’s howI often feel about this ministry. Many of you are rebuilding walls of prayer, and restoring gates of influence in our region. Some of you are like the king who supplied the resources. You areawesome! And don’t forget to check out what NEW this year on our website www.7mwin.org. I’m constantly updating it.

Fresno HOPE- History records every revival ,renewal, outpouring that transforms lives and cities , was preceded by a groupof people who  prepared the way withintercession calling out for revival. Revival evangelist like Charles Finneyhad Fr. Nash in the boiler room praying during his sermons. I love reading thestories of transformation, especially about Resistencia, Argentina which beganwith intercessors praying for their city (you can see and read about these on www.harvestevan.org). It gives me hope.

It is exciting to hear more churches inour area gathering for corporate times of prayer for the city. God is openingnew doors for us to pray on campuses, businesses and various locations. We areintentional about being outside the traditional church walls, and being in themarketplace. We’ve started prayerwalks and prayer times at FCC and CSUF andcontinue healing praying ministry once a month at a local doctors office.  We’ve heard good reports of those coming inbeing touched by the ‘love’ of the Father and experiencing breakthrough. Wewill be opening two more locations in the next month, one in a room near Joniand Friends and another, prayer time at a local café’. We will tell you aboutthose next month. Our hope is to have 18 prayer sets (1-2 hrs each), by July2010.

7Mountain  International School ofMinistry– I had the joy of teaching a 6 week course on prayer to a H.S.group at a local church. Having spent over twenty years in public education, itwas such fun to be teaching again.

After muchprayer and seeking the Lord about each school of ministry, we are sensing tolaunch full force this coming year.  Eachcourse is to designed to be taught with lots of interaction and practicalapplications especially for those in marketplaceministry. Take a look at the course listing on our website, we are opento come to your church, youth group or business to teach these 4 week courses.

CCC-Community, Celebration and Compassion. Kingdom Living groupsare small groups that meet once a week throughout the city. The intent is toprovide a place for community, teaching, praying for one another, encouragement, support and building authentic relationships. A place we cangrow and discover God's purpose for our lives.  We are making changesin our Glory writers group- and are now KingdomMessengers, including writers and speakers, meeting once  a month, to critique our writings, and prayover our projects. Joseph company, group of business leaders to also support and pray for each other and our  businesses. Compassion- Times we joinwith other ministries for compassion outreach. One of the faithful intercessors is on a new assignment, helping build agarden at Rescue Mission-what a great project to be a part of.

Networks- Anew network has started – CV Healing Deliverance Network-Mission: To unite with leaders of Healing and/or Deliveranceministries of the central valley, sharing, encouraging and praying for oneanother. We will gather every other month, the first Thursday of thedesignated month. Next meeting February 4, 2010, Location: Kingdom Ministries 6-7:30 pm. I also had the joy of brieflysharing at the Healing Place dedication yesterday.

There are many more stories I’d like to share with you aboutall God is doing in our valley, but that will have to wait for another time. Wewill try to keep up with posting testimonies, events coming up, and new doorsopening.

We could not do thiswithout your generous donations. Would you please consider financiallypartnering with us this year for the release of a facility. We are lookingfacility for 24/7 ongoing worship/prayer, offices and classroom space. Althoughwe’ve asked at half dozen churches, they’ve been closed doors, and I suspect itbecause we really are to have a set aside community House of prayer so manychurches can participate with worship and prayer.

Blessings for an AWESOME NEW YEAR!
